3. Positive Attitude and Group Atmosphere: As an Ambassador, it’s crucial to maintain a positive atmosphere within the community. Keep conversations constructive, uplifting, and inclusive at all times.
4. Active Community Engagement: Drive engagement and keep the conversations flowing within the community. Spark discussions around PickUp, related projects, and the broader Web3 world. Your dedication will play a pivotal role in fostering an active and thriving community.

Self-Starter and Motivated: Pickup value individuals who can take initiative, exhibit self-discipline, and stay motivated even in remote work settings. Show us your drive and determination!

1. Strong English Communication Skills: Fluency in conversational English is necessary for effective communication within the community.

Roles and Responsibilities for Discord Community Management:

Admin Role:

• Accurately address community questions in the general channel. If unsure, reach out to Eleana, our Community Lead.
• Actively handle and close Discord tickets. Seek guidance from Eleana when needed.
• Update relevant Discord channel information as required by the project, such as #announcements, #gmgn, #winner-announcements, etc.
• Alert the Community Lead about any important issues within the community.
• Ensure a positive and active environment within the Discord community, including managing Discord angels.

Angel Role:

• Maintain a positive and active Discord community through continuous engagement and discussions related to PickUp, related projects, and the broader Web3 world.
• Report any issues or problems to the admins promptly.

Payment Details:

• Discord admins will receive 2–3 Mystery Boxes (containing hundreds/thousands of $BWT) at the end of each week (Friday). Admins must have a zkSync compatible wallet. Exceptional performance as an admin will guarantee 3 Mystery Boxes.
• Discord angels will receive 1–2 Mystery Boxes (containing hundreds/thousands of $BWT) at the end of each week (Friday). Angels must have a zkSync compatible wallet. Outstanding work as an angel will secure 2 Mystery Boxes.
